It's awesome, yet over bearing. I wait for these sales as they're just amazing how cheap you can pick up games. It is however a huge catalogue to go through so I thought we could short list it.
Any thing anyone would recommend? Seen some absolute bargains?

I'm looking at the lower range of games due to budget and this laptop can chug.
Well I'm not sure if this is a good thing or not, but I already own most of the games that I want in this sale
I did get GRiD though. I bought one of those indy games packs a while ago and it was awful, I wouldn't recommend them. There are a couple of complete packs that are nice but I'm not looking to spend that kind of money right now.
Oh and if you're into driving games, DiRT2 for $10 is fucking awesome.
I just picked up theIntroversion Complete Pack just cause Uplinked looked alright, now that I looked at the other games I remember wanting to play Defcon, so bonus for me.
I also got Trine.
There's a few others I might keep my eye out on, but I think the big thing will be following the daily sales and making sure I don't buy things before then.
Also thinking of getting Indigo Prophecy, if only because it got decent reviews and is less than $4.

Trine is fun, particularly coop. I didn't like Indigo Prophecy much. Martin - I downloaded Grid but never owned it.
edit: Chrome for $1.24 - even for a pretty crap game that's worth buying.

I'd be keen if I could run it or play multiplayer games. I love the concept of this game and would love to try it.
The SP is pretty fun, but you would lose interest after a couples of hours probably. It's really a MP focussed game.
Yeah, I really would love to pick it up, but I really doubt I could run it on this; I really want to pick up a gaming laptop (desktops aren't too friendly on nomads) so I can at least get round to playing HL2 on a PC.
On that note I really should get Brad back his Orange Box on PS3 (& Ghostbusters); I doubt i'll get around to actually playing it (only got it to play Portal)
My Philosophy is that first person shooters are for Computers and third Person are for consoles.
Shibby! I'd been waiting for Colonization to drop in price and decided to wait to see if they'd reduce it; sure enough they have. But you might as well shell out th extra couple of dollars and pick up the whole Civ pack (today only).
Way to go patience; they dropped it to $3.75, which makes it less than $1 each. If you've never played these before then now is a chance to play a couple of classics.
