So Dad's filling out his application for his real estate license, and there's the most ridiculous statement:

So we waded through the double negative, and decided to not strike out the paragraph. Then we read the instruction sheet:

If any of the statements listed do not apply to you, you will not be able to be licensed.
WTF who wrote this?! Is this a triple negative, or is it just me?
