Snowboarding all winter was awesome but now the mountains are closed i feel like something is missing- i need to fill this void in my life by starting a summer hobby/ activity.
so i figure i can splurge out around $2000 if its gonna keep me entertained all summer,
ive had a few ideas -
a) mountain biking
b) buying a motorbike to cruise on
c) buying a dirt bike to try and kill myself on
d) Frisbee golf pro
etc
but thought i'd put it to the masses to see what you guys are doing (Dave don't say golf, ive tried it.. its not for me! and the green fees around here are shocking).
Doesn't QT have some of the best mountain biking in the country? I say if you wanna stay fit, mountain spend $1k on a good bike. If you want to die, but have fun doing it, get the dirt bike.
Or get a cheaper hobby like gaming. Oh wait.... /examines empty wallet

Skating is fun and cheap. I also second mountain biking.
B) is a definite dud idea with rates increasing .! i like frisbee golf pro!~
ah but is it a dud. with the huge rate increases bike prices have probably fallen markedly.
