I haven't looked up the line up, but I understand one of the bands everyone is getting wet over at this year's BDO is Muse. Personally, I rate them up there with Pearl Jam for irritating vocals, and would be happy if they were smited from this earth. TBH because I don't really follow music I'm not sure what their standing is in the music community - a few years ago I would have considered them more of a fringe/cult band, but now their hyper-annoying track "Uprising" is playing every few minutes on ZM and The Edge, and of course features in everyone's favorite new teeny-bop film classic "New Moon".
I rate them 0/10 for reminding me of Pearl Jam, one of the worst bands in music history.
Most of their songs sound the same IMO. I like a couple of tunes but they need more variety. Exo-Politics is my favourite tune, probably because it's quite different to most of their other music.
I give them 3 stars - above average but I tire of them quickly because of a lack of variety. Wouldn't go out of my way to see them in person.
i saw them live when i was in england and they put on an awesome show but no days i agree with martin, all their stuff just sounds the same! used to be cool - now days ... same same but different
I haven't really listened to anything new by anyone in ages. So I'll put cool band brah, being as this is incontext of the BDO, as they were awarded best live act.

Sadly I have no influence over the work radio. I am so close to just sabotaging it, because if I have to hear that retard Polly in the morning spewing anymore of her radioactive stupidity, I'm going to flip out.
